Terms Acceptance
Welcome to Myudhyam. By registering with our service, submitting your shop details, applying for the Field
Operator position, or using any of our digital empowerment tools, you (“User”) agree to comply with the
Terms & Conditions set forth by Myudhyam.
Myudhyam is a private MSME facilitation and digital empowerment agency, not a government department.The
₹70 registration fee is a service and processing fee, not a government fee.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all
policies, disclaimers, and rules associated with Myudhyam.
1. Nature of Service
1.1 You are paying ₹70 as a Service Registration Fee for:
- Shop data verification
- Digital empowerment program enrollment
- MSME/Udyam support
- Government scheme awareness
- Access to digital tools/software (year2027)
- Basic document assistance
1.2 This is not a Govt fee. This fee is charged by SparkDigiX for
facilitation & support services.
2. Shop Data Collection
2.1 We collect your shop/business details to:
- Verify authenticity
- Prepare for digital support
- Assist with MSME or govt-linked facilitation
- Provide future software tools
2.2 All information provided must be accurate.
3. Registration Fee (₹70)
3.1 The fee is non-refundable, except if:
- Agency cancels the program
- Duplicate payment occurs
- System/payment error confirmed
3.2 Proof of payment Receipt sent to your Email ID will be considered valid.
4. Future Service/Software Delivery
4.1 The digital service/software promised under Vyapari Suraksha Yojana will be delivered in the
next update 2027year.
4.2 Delivery method:
- Digital portal/app
- SMS/Email link
- WHATSAPP MESSAGE
- Dashboard login
4.3 Delay may occur due to:
- Technical issues
- Government policy changes
- Verification delays
Agency will notify users.
5. Limitations
5.1 We do not provide:
- Govt employment
- Govt approval or certification
- Govt affiliation
- Loan guarantee
- Subsidy guarantee
5.2 We only provide guidance, facilitation, and digital empowerment tools.
6. User Obligations
- Provide correct data
- Maintain communication
- Not misuse service/software
- Not represent themselves as government officials
7. Intellectual Property
All software, digital tools, documents, forms, and content provided by MYUDHYAM
are protected under Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. coming soon.
8. Liability Limitation
Agency liability is limited to the ₹70 fee paid, except in cases of proven fraud.
We are not responsible for:
- Govt portal downtime
- Verification delays
- Rejection due to incorrect user data
- Third-party server issues
